We deliver a full Proxmox cluster: hypervisors, ZFS storage, real-time replication, multi-node Corosync cluster, high availability with fencing and a Proxmox Backup Server. Proxmox VE is today's most mature open-source virtualization solution for SMBs. Unlike VMware, which imposes high licensing costs and a proprietary ecosystem, Proxmox combines KVM (full virtualization) and LXC (lightweight containers) in a unified web interface, with zero licensing costs.

Our Proxmox deployment approach always starts with an audit of your existing environment: physical server inventory, workload mapping (VMs, databases, business applications), and high-availability requirements assessment. We then design a sized target architecture: node count selection, storage type (local ZFS or distributed Ceph), network topology (bonding, VLANs), and backup strategy.

The deployment includes multi-node Corosync clustering with quorum, high availability with watchdog fencing (split-brain protection), real-time ZFS replication between nodes, and Proxmox Backup Server integration for deduplicated incremental backups. We also deliver a Grafana dashboard with Prometheus alerting for real-time monitoring and train your sysadmin team in day-to-day administration.
